Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the www.lauralovesdesign.co.uk website or orders placed on the phone. By placing an order with Lauraloves you have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

As Lauraloves products are hand made there may be a fractional variation in size.   The colour of our products may vary from the images shown on www.lauralovesdesign.co.uk due to limitations of photography or internet browser or computer software. Colour samples are available to customers if required. Please contact us. 

Lauraloves takes card payments securely via a third party payment system called Stripe. Transactions are processed using a secure server. Lauraloves does not hold any customer card details.

Orders taken by telephone can be paid through paypal or cheque. Payments must be cleared before the order will be sent out. Please send cheques with your delivery address and a note of what you would like to order to Lauraloves, 27 Mabledon Road, Tonbridge, TN9 2TQ.

All Lauraloves items are handmade in the UK with great care and we hope you love them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it in its original packaging, unused, within 21 days and we will gladly refund or exchange it for you (unfortunately we cant refund for postage).

We really hope that your Lauraloves order arrives in one piece. However, in the event of any of our products being faulty we will either refund or exchange the products for you.  Please return the faulty product in its original packaging, unused, within 21 days and we will process it as quickly as we can for you. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery from receipt of your faulty item.

Depending on stock availability we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available and when you can expect to receive it.

Lauraloves does not currently accept international payments. However, if you would like to place an international order you can contact us and we will do everything possible to help.
